3.3 Submitter Guarantees

By submitting a site, you guarantee that:

  • The site is indeed developed with PrestaShop
  • The site complies with applicable legislation

3.4 Right of Refusal and Removal

AIKINI reserves the right to:

  • Refuse any submission without justification
  • Remove a site from the directory at any time
  • Modify displayed information for editorial reasons

Article 4 - Prohibited Content

The following sites cannot be listed:

  • Sites offering illegal, fraudulent or public order-violating content
  • Sites infringing third-party rights (intellectual property, privacy...)
  • Sites inciting hatred, violence or discrimination
  • Sites offering counterfeit products
  • Sites not complying with GDPR regulations

Article 5 - Intellectual Property

All elements of the website (text, graphics, software, etc.) are the exclusive property of AIKINI or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Article 6 - Liability

AIKINI strives to ensure the accuracy of published information but cannot guarantee completeness. AIKINI cannot be held responsible for:
